no matter how you gloss over the image fee charge it has resulted in a price increase of $35 to me.
Yes you give me a credit at the end of the month then you re-charge me the same amount so the price never goes down whether it is the first month or whatever. I now have been paying every month since this began more money than before. I have added two services and even if you remove that $$ I am paying $35 a month more than before.
It is just a smoke and mirrors way of an increase of prices. Just stop BS everyone and just charge us to store the pictures. The way you are now doing it is a cheap and tawdry way to hide the price increase.
If it was free then you would charge us ===>IF<=== we did not meet the price stops that you want. Then you should charge the user for the storage fees. Not this way of giving you a credit then recharging it on the next line. It is just a big joke

We charge a month ahead in advance for all of our plans. What you are seeing is the charge for next month's image hosting. For you, Image Hosting will continue to be free as long as the following applies:
1. You are using Sales Manager to create and launch your listings.
2. The amount you are paying for the use of Sales Manager is greater than or equal to the amount you would have paid for stand-alone Image Hosting.
If you go back to your 10/04/04 statement to page 4, you'll see where you got charged the initial for the image hosting and then the refund for that appears, and then you get the charge for the next month's image hosting. Then go to the 11/04/04 statement and you will see the image hosting credit for the previous month, as your image hosting charges were under your your sales manager charges. NEXT, what you see is the line by line charge for the next months service for all of your plans.
If you have any other questions or problems please contact our billing department as they are more versed in analyzing your statement in detail. You can reach them through Help > Contact Us. I know it's confusing since it's split up on different statements but hopefully I have shed some light on how it works. I did take a look at your statement and your fees seemed to go up and down each month, especially toward the end of selling season.
