I received two emails today from customers that have already paid and in one case received their item telling me that they just received a payment reminder. The same thing happened to another customer last week. Last weeks customer was irate and it took me 20 minutes to convince her that I did not physically send the payment reminder, that she had paid for the item and that it had already been shipped to her. I don't want to have to waste time on this kind of stuff. Is there a bug in this somewhere? Please advise asap.

The items did not follow your rules.
6147793670 and 6147794238 had all boxes except 8 checked and 7130559860 and 8164313578 had all boxes except 7, 8 and 9 checked.

Another customer just emailed me that they received a payment reminder....all numbers but 8 have been checked off....they customer has already received the item and left feedback......this is item number 5551873007. Please check into this......this is getting annoying for both my customers and myself when I have to try to explain why they are getting payment reminders for items they've already received......
