Item Number: 3777057090

Customer paid direcly through PAYPAL, used same email address. Yet Vendio did not register as PAID.

Needless to say, I have another unhappy customer, thanks to this problem.

Hello,

Its hard to say exactly what happened with this item. As long as you have your paypal IPN information stored correctly at PayPal, they should route us a message anytime an auction specific payment is made.

Did you use the option at PayPal to send them an invoice directly, or how did they get to PayPal to submit the funds? It appears that you havent setup your account to route users through the eBay checkout.
