Hi! I am new to Vendio so bear with me if this question sounds lame! If a buyer wins my auction and they choose not to use the checkout feature-what happens? Do they just go through ebay's checkout? And if so, will their payment info be updated on my side? Thanks in advance for your replies!!
You can activate both Vendio and eBay Checkout -- chances are if they skip Vendio checkout, they are going through eBay's checkout or paying you directly through another payment venue. We can automatically track payments made to you through PayPal only. You will need to enable a few things for this though -- if you go to My Account > Post Sale Acceleration, you can enable the steps listed for the PayPal tab and access the directions page on how to set up the PayPal IPN.
