Ok, I give. Have a few issues and have searched everywhere for answers to no avail.
Currently my invoices show the line item as;
Qty, Item #, SKU, MKT, Prod Desc, Unit Price, (and the problem area) Shipping Method.
I am using calculated shipping, and the Shipping Method is showing;
USPS Priority: $0.00
I am pleased that the name and type of the carrier is being displayed (USPS Priority), but I want the colon $0.00 to be removed.
As Vendio is now showing the calculated shipping $dollar$ amount under the Subtotal amount.
I'm always looking for work arounds, so the Next Question: Since Vendio is not currently supporting International Calculated Shipping,
is there anyway to create a blank shipping field that the seller can fill in the shipping amount??? Which could be seen by the winning bidder at check-out?? I'm sure the answer will be no, so my next question is;
If when creating a new listing and I check a blank Shipping & Handling field (under my calculated fields) and give this field a unique title or name and put a dollar amount there, can I edit that dollar amount at check-out??
Ok, enough for know. Thank you in advance for any information you can provide.

Kinda sorta in the same vein.......it seems that when using the shipping calculator/calculated shipping option, the shipping discount is either not applied at all or the total is incorrect. It also does not show the discount on the invoice so it is difficult to see what exactly Vendio did or did not do with the discount it is supposed to be making. Works perfectly when I use fixed rate postage. Please advise.....I'm also still waiting on a reply to the payment reminders post I put up over the weekend.....all numbers marked off.....item shipped/some received/feedback already left and the customer is still getting payment reminders.....sent you the item numbers as requested......no reply yet....
The invoices I checked in your Vendio account do not display $0.00 as the shipping price. What is the item number where you see this?
Vendio Checkout does not allow the buyer to enter in their own shipping price, however I will be happy to log this as a suggestion and pass your thread on to Product Development. You must either set a flat rate or use one of our calculated options.

(my response) I do not want the buyer to be able to change the shipping information, I think the seller should be able to do this. Once the seller changes the shipping information, the buyer should be able to see it in the checkout.

(my response) On any of the item numbers if you click print shipping invoice, the invoice will display the shipping as $0.00 on the same line and the item & description. It also prints this way.
I checked your listings again -- it's showing "n/a $0.00" for shipping because the shipping for these items was applied by using credits. If you were to uncheck step 2, edit it and choose your carriers, then re-check it -- when you print the invoice it will state a shipping carrier.

Sonya,

(my response) Yes, that is true but it also prints after the shipping carrier name (:$0.00). Which is my original complaint.
It did this on all my U.S. customers invoices even when they checked the shipping carrier at check-out. It still displayed and printed the invoice with $0.00 in the line item area (and it still does if you look at one).
(your response) I checked your listings again -- it's showing "n/a $0.00" for shipping
because the shipping for these items was applied by using credits.
(my response) For my International customers, I went on the sellers "purchase summary" screen I did use the area (charges/credit)and keyed a "charge" (not Credit/Payment) and indicated the amount of shipping for my International customers. This allows one to get the correct amount of money that is due and that PayPal collected.
I then key a credit for the total of the PayPal Payment. (I also do this on my U.S. customers whose information does not get automatically sent from PayPal).
So I never keyed a shipping credit. I keyed a total payment credit.
I see what you are referring to now, with the $0.00. I will file a bug on this error.
Regarding the n/a issue, the credits are what make it show up as n/a. I know that it was a payment credit, but basically, since your customer didn't fill out the Vendio checkout they did not get a chance to check off a shipping carrier thus the n/a in the carrier field.
