When I create a listing, Vendio ask me if insurance is optional, and I enter $1.30. If I do not enter a dollar amount, Vendio red flags it. I enter $1.30. ( I do not know what an item will sell for) When the auction closes (EBAY) it states $1.30 for insurance, even of the item sells for hundreds. Vendio states that this is impossible and does not happen. What can I do? I have contacted Vendio 2 times....
The Vendio Insurance option will increase if the item goes above the amount that will typically be insured for $1.30. This is set up in My Account > Global Preferences. Are you referring to eBay's Checkout where you can put in optional insurance on the create listing page?
