I want my auctions to have the border automatically so I dont have to do them individually..I went into the page that you preset this..and it shows it is..but when I list off an old auction it isnt there..or if I list it in sales manager pro..it also wont come through,

If you are relisting, you'll have to edit that auction (unless the original had border) because the relist is going to stick to your original settings for that listing. The default set up for border will apply to brand new listings only.
The current version of Pro does not contain the border option, but the new version that is coming out soon will have it. Border was a feature that got released after the current verion of Pro was released. If you are listing in Pro, you can schedule items just so you can get them in pending. Then unschedule them, edit to add the border feature, and launch them to eBay.
