Why did this item not go to the "Items to ship" list if it is marked as PAID??

Hi Charlotts,

The item has steps 1-5 marked off. Step 5 is for items that need to be shipped. Since it's checked off, it's marked as already having been shipped, so it wouldn't appear in 'items to ship' anymore.
