I use vendio because of your professional looking templates, the option to launch when I want and the image hosting. I am glad to see the calculated shipping options, except I do not see a place for handling. I have to go to ebay after a launch and manually type in the criteria and add a shipping calculator. Some items get no handling and some get a modest charge because I sell diverse items. However, Vendio does not have an area where I can input all of the shipping data on the front end. In other words, I would love to create a listing and input the carrier, box dimensions, weight and handling BEFORE the launch. It would all be there and I wouldn't have to make sure that I am sitting at my computer right after launch in order to add the shipping calculator manually before there is a bid and ebay prevents it. Seems like it would be very simple to program into Sales Manager Pro. PLEASE!!! That would be great! I would name my first born "Vendio" if you would do that for me!
We actually have a section for markups that you can use to specify a markup cost. It is a preference so it is handled online -- if you go to My Account -> Global Preferences, there is a markup section that is under the shipping fields area. Unfortunately it's a global option, and it applies only when you are using calculated shipping. If you were looking for something you can set up on an individual basis, please confirm that with me and I'll go ahead and log a suggestion for you.
