hello, for a long time (at least 2 months) when I click on the "view shipment status" in the post sale manager, then click on "track this shipment", and click on "submit", I get this message: "We are unable to track your package. please try again later". Yet, when I copy and paste this same usps delivery confirmation number into the usps site for track and confirm, I get the info. Therefore, I'm not entering it incorrectly..I tried the link from a shipment status email that a winner sent back to me and got the same thing. This means that sending the tracking info to my winners is useless and annoying them....Can you tell me what is going wrong??THanks.
There is probably an issue on iship's end, that is causing your package not to be tracked. The track page is hosted by us but it is really done on Iship.com. You can click on the 'having trouble' link for FAQ -- they have an article in there about tracking difficulties.

Thanks for your response. I have sent an email to iship through that link and hope they have an answer. If it was just one package through USPS it'd be ok, but it's all of them...
