The last few days, when I click on "print packaging slip", nothing happens. On Friday, this problem was intermittant, but now is all the time. All other buttons on post sale are working fine. Help! I need to be able to print my packing slips. Thanks.....horsehelper

Hello,

I am not having any trouble getting that window to come up. Did you install anything new on your system, such as a pop up blocker?

Geez! Stupid me! It is a new computer, and there IS a pop up blocker. Sorry for wasting your time. Got it fixed. Thanks....horsehelper
