As it is illegal to ship leather Italy, the buyer and I agreed to back out of the auction.
How would I file for my listing and/or final value fee?

Hello,

Go ahead and file the Unpaid Item Dispute the same way you would usually.

In step two of this process, you can select the 'Mutual agreement indication.'
