Created a listing and only able to get 1 page of images...not the ones I needed for item I was listing...waited for 10 min...then tried again in an hour still only 1 page...is Vendio having a problem?
You have broken your images down into different folders. When you first go to the listing page it shows you the unfiled folder as a default, which you only have one page of images within.
Just click at the top to change to the other folders you have created to view the images stored within.

Hi Christopher,
I'm having the same problem. I don't use folders - or at least not that I know of. I have 3 auctions running that I have tried to attach photos. Auction #6162621283 -for instance. Uploaded, attached to this specific auction - received message that the photos were successfully attached - but they are not there. Am I doing something wrong?
We had a brief issue with images and the Vendio gallery, however everything has been resolved now. Your images should be appearing now, so you may want to clear your browser cache and refresh your pages.

I just started getting emails about missing images on auctions where they were previously showing - #7307925501. The images from another auction #4365308254 referred to previously - are now also gone. Cache has been cleared - not the problem. Don't know where the issue is but is definately not resolved.
I took a look at a copy and it looks like only a gallery image was applied. Were these relists? To attach images to your existing auctions, click the Image Hosting button in the lefthand navigation bar, and select the image(s) you want to attach to your listing. Click the "Attach" or "Attach with Counter" button at the bottom of the page. On the next page, select eBay** from the drop-down menu, and click the "Existing Auction" radio button. The next page will require you to enter the auction number (you are required to have your eBay ID information on file to use this method.) Keep in mind that your image(s) will appear beneath the ad template on the auction page if you use this method.
**You may also select "Other Auction Site" from the drop-down menu, which will produce the HTML code that contains your image links. You would copy/paste this code into the listing revision form on whatever venue you are using.
