I saw reference to rotating auto feedback notices, but can't seem to find their location. Are they something that can't be changed? Was not sure where to post, but it doesn;t look like much activity in the Customer Manager section. Thanks

Yes - that is correct. Now - I can get to the messages from your link, but still cannot find out how to get there from my menus???? Is it because I don't have any items in post sale yet? It would seem to me, however, that I can still edit the messages.
You are correct, this page wouldnt appear until you had at least something in the post sale section. You could find this page from the 'feedback to send' section in post sale.
For now, feel free to use the link above to edit these messages in advance.
