I have my images stored in different folders i.e. At Auction, Sold, etc. Recently, I have been unable to move them between the folders I am only able to delete them. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help! nicki99

Hello nicki99,

What happens when you select the images and use the 'Move to' button on the page that you are unable to do so?

Hello Christopher! When I check the images I want to move, NOTHING happens. In fact sometimes they end up in the Recycle Bin then I have to restore them. TIA! nicki99

Hi there,

This may be a browser issue. Can u tell us what browser and operating system you use? Did you recently switch?
