Now, buyers do NOT get my vendio WBN because they aren't sent if checkout redirect is on.
They are then going through ebay checkout, but NOT my checkout. The information in my vendio post sale for the orders is the same as before when I was just using paypal IPN (for example, the shipping is NOT filled out so it looks like they overpaid by the s&h amount)
Here is an ebay item number where it happened.
5569186345
buyer did NOT get my vendio WBN. Should have had checkout re-direct, but did not. Went through plain old ebay checkout and no information was done through vendio.

And this one. Buyer bought THREE items. They clicked on the ebay checkout button in the listing. They actually WERE brought through checkout redirect (my vendio checkout)
However, only TWO of their items showed up in the cart.
They had to pay for the 3rd item separately (which means I had to go to paypal and refund the over-payment in shpping since it wasn't combined with the other items like it should have been)
It was vendio ORDER 760903177
The buyer also purchased a third ebay item, which someone was dropped from the checkout redirect.
When checkout redirect is enabled, WBNs are delayed for half an hour to give buyers a chance to go through checkout. If after half an hour, nothing has been completed, the WBN will go out. If your buyers go through eBay's checkout (thus getting redirected to Vendio checkout), and they successfully complete it, they do not get a WBN.
I checked item 5569186345 and it looks like the buyer might have paid you directly at PayPal. Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done to stop that -- Vendio Post Sale was able to grab your buyer's information and populate your fulfillment checklist with it.
Regarding order 760903177 -- they were all eBay store items which usually take longer than regular items to move down into post sale, so what probably happened here was your buyer went to checkout and only saw 2 because the 3rd hadn't moved down into post sale yet. Regarding the statement "The buyer also purchased a third ebay item, which someone was dropped from the checkout redirect." do you mean the item missing from that order or is there a fourth eBay item?

I don't want to sound negative on this but this is a major problem that pisses off my customers every day of the week. I get three or four a week yelling at me because you can not check in that half hour that you mention they get re-directed into a loop that just makes them go ballistic. We need to stop with the oh its all right stuff and figure this out. I had to give some person his money back because he was just screaming at how frustrated he was using this check out. hire some one from outside the company and California and ask them the critique this check out. It really is more difficult then it needs to be.
Thanks
