HI - I just enabled this feature. I selected the leave it after it has been left for me function. When I go and look at my post sale items - they all show the I will leave it manually function. Will this change take effect on all items purchased after I changed the setting? Or how does this work?

Hi corksmom,

The auto-feedback settings will take effect only on listings that close after the setting is enabled. You'll still need to send feedback manually on listings that have closed already.

I have had about 10 auctions end after I set my auto feedback. None of them are getting the auto feedback.

Hello,

You are on the Annual Listing Plan, which does not include Post Sale features. The Automatic Feedback feature is a post sale feature so unfortunately, you will not be able to take advantage of this option on your current plan.

Well that stinks. Geez does everything have to be paid for to use. I spend $250 a year and about $75 bucks a month for this service.
Might even be more then most people pay and they still get that service. This is lame. time to look for better service I think.

Hello,

The Annual Plan has never given access to Post Sale Features. There are five other plans that contain post sale options.

I enabled the auto feedback and my auction says auto feedback after item is marked as shipped. I marked it on 3/31 and it still hasn't given the feedback.
Not very automatic to me.
So when will it do the feedback?

Hi Dennis,

What is the item number? I checked your post sale, and the ones that have step 7 marked off all seem to have step 9 marked off as well.

I was puzzled by your response. 7 says I left feedback 9 says my buyer left me feedback. so I don't understand what you are saying.
When I select #6 shouldn't automatic feedback mean that feedback is then left for my customer?

Hi Dennis,

I am sorry for my previous answer to you, I had mixed your settings up with another customer's settings. Step 6 means that you've sent a shipment notification to your buyer. You have your settings set to send out the feedback after the item is marked as shipped, so whenever step 5 is manually marked off by you, step 7 should go off as well.

Item 6953734235 has steps 1-4 marked off and step 6 marked off. If you mark off step 5, then the feedback should go out.
