I launched a listing last night and I checked off "featured plus" as I always do when I want to feature an item on the listings page for the category and subcategory. Well, for some reason, when it launched in ebay, instead of launching as a "featured plus" listing, it launched as a "gallery feature" listing. When I checked the listing, it shows "gallery feature" as being checked off. There isn't even a "gallery feature" to check off in Vendio. I would like to have this listed as "featured plus" as I checked off in Vendio and NOT "gallery featured" as it launched in ebay. Ebay won't do anything and they really shouldn't because it isn't their fault. I would appreciate Vendio refunding me the $19.95 that I spent so that I can add "featured plus" as I want for this listing. Edited to add the listing number: 8182511436

Unfortunately we are not able to refund eBay fees. Usually, they will bend if you press them on it (especially if it is close to when you listed the item). The gallery featured option is right under where you select an eBay gallery image. We are most likely going to move this feature to another area of the listing page.
I know this is not the answer you were looking for but there is not much I can do about the ebay fee. We apologize for the inconvenience.
