For some reason I'm not getting an email copy of my WBN's that are being sent out. I haven't changed any of my settings and I have the option to email a copy to myself checked off. Is there a delay issue with Vendio right now? Thank you.
We are not experiencing any delays with WBNs going out, or copies of WBNs going out. We recommend you contact your ISP as AOL has a history of delaying email that they "think" might be SPAM. Most likely that is the case here, which means you will probably get the emails within two days or so, but it is good to check with them too.
I checked your closed listings and you have responses so it is evident your customers are getting them.

Thank you Sonja. Finally they went through, but normally I get an immediate email as soon as I send them out. Maybe AOL is getting a little too tight with the SPAM guards.
