Good morning. I just signed up today and I'm having oh! so many problems and challenges!
First: I imported all my auctions from Ebay to Vendio. I re-listed two closed items and they are too big for the screen. They look ridiculous on Ebay....they cannot be ready without scrolling horizontally back and forth continually. What did I do wrong? How can I correct this?
Second: I opened a Vendio store and I had thought I would be able to import all of my Ebay items from my store and auctions to the Vendio store. Is that possible? If so, how do I do it?
Third: I noticed in my store that my home address and phone # are listed online. I really don't want that...how do I change it?
Fourth: I was already using the Vendio gallery; do I still have to pay for that or is it included in what I just purcahsed? If included, do I need to cancel it or will Vendio do so automatically?
Thanks so much. I've been working at this all morning and feel quite stupid and frustrated.

Hi Doreen,
I apologize for the delay in our response. I could not find the items you were referring to as being wide -- what are the item numbers?
Regarding Vendio Store, you imported your eBay items into your Vendio account so within two hours of the import, the items should start appearing in your Vendio store in a separate eBay Auction Gallery. I checked your store and they are there now.
If you go to the Store Wizard you can remove the phone number and address from the profile section.
The Vendio Gallery is a separate subscription and is not included with other subscriptions.
