I don' t want to use this Vendio account any more!! What should I do? How can let it be stopped? Thank you

Hello,

If you do not want to use your Vendio account anymore, you can inactivate most service plans in My Account -> My Service Plans. You will need to send us an email to close out the account as we need a written confirmation of account closure. You can contact us through Help -> Contact Us, and use the email form.

May I ask why you would like to close your account?
