Hello! Is there a way to make the photo in the template bigger--the one that the buyer clicks on to enlarge? I use my own template. Is there a part of the html that can be changed to make what shows in the listing bigger? Thanks.

Hello,

If you would like to make the image bigger, you will need to do this offline in your image editing program. The size when you click to view it in its original form is the size it was when you uploaded it to Vendio.

I hope this helps!

No, that does not help.

Let me start from the beginning. I have the code to insert a supersize photo into my template.

When I do this, I get a block that appears to be 200px wide and 200px long with a blue border around it. This photo is a hyperlink to the supersize photo on your server.

The block that the photo is in on my listing...can that be made bigger.

If I have a 600px by 600px photo, and when it's in my listing, your script makes it 200px by 200px, is there a setting to make how it appears in the listing bigger.

Once the buyer clicks on the photo, it will be the full-size I made it in. But your script reduces it to the small block that loads when the buyer reads my listing.

Does this need to be posted on another board? Is there someone there who understands Vendio's scripts? Thank you.

Hello,

Unfortunately the sizing of that block can't be altered. If you want you can always undo the image resize option so that your image appears in its full format, instead of a clickable version. If you go to Global Preferences and uncheck this option:

"Automatically scale down large images for faster download and cleaner presentation."

and then get the HTML for your image URL again, you'll have the HTML for the full size image.

I deleted your duplicate post on this issue.

Sonya
