I have had quite a few people complain to me that my vendio checkout does not work. They are not paying me because they are getting stuck and theres no where for them to pay. I have gone in and checked it a few time but can't seem to find the problem. I need help.
Where are they getting stuck -- is it when trying to enter in the email address to access the checkout? If so, the items probably had not moved from Active to Closed. This can typically happen with Fixed Price or eBay Store items. Normally they take about 15 mins or so to move downward but you can try to expedite this by selecting your items in active and hitting the Refresh button.
