Why oh why....can't you automatically downgrade the image hosting when it goes down to the next level? The only reason can think of is that it makes a nice profit for Vendio to charge more for the next month. It ridiculous and redundant to have to lower it myself after I go over.

This is the EXACT question I posed to Vendio when they first instituted the new fee policy/structure. They weren't in any hurry to answer my question then, so I don't suppose they will be with yours either..Hmmmmmmmm, wonder why???
We would prefer to never alter an individual’s plan selections, and this will remain our general approach. We debated the automatic upgrade exception quite a lot. The only other alternative we could think of would be to fail an upload of a batch of images (either through Pro, online, or the XP Uploader) that would push over an existing storage level and require manual intervention to change plans. That felt pretty unfriendly and cumbersome, as it would be a workflow interruption, so we decided to do these plan changes for only this case. The storage level for the vast majority of customers does not change at all, with upgrades of any type occurring for only a very small percentage of sellers. We’ll continue to monitor this approach, however, to see if any changes should be made.

Very nice answer - if you like answers that don't really contain the information that you sought in the first place.
I think the question was "why can't you lower it, if you can raise it."
The level that I chose in the first place is the level I want and that is the level it should return to at the next billing (providing the MB is low enough).
