I just found out the the auto feedback feature isn't available to all Vendio customrers. Come on Vendio, give us a break will ya? Something as basic and essential and time saving as this feature would be a great show of appreciation to your customers. I'm very dissapointed. But I guess that's what you get for being a faithful customer for 5 years!

Hi there,
If you're on the Annual plan, there is no access to post-sale tools. Since auto-feedback is tied into the post-sale system there is no way to activate this feature for Annual plan customers. If you are in need of this feature, you might want to consider switching to one of the monthly plans (which do include access to post-sale. ) Let us know if you have any questions about this.
