I took a quick look at what you have in store for us, and for the most part I am very impressed and looking forward to it going live.
"Buyers will only be asked to enter relevant information (no billing address required for PayPal or money orders!)" I only accept PayPal with a confirmed address, and frankly, I don't want people to have the chance to enter an address at all if they're paying with PayPal. Right now, I have to check if they've provided a shipping address different from their billing, and then either ship it to the "wrong" place or enter into an email dialog with them.
It would be very helpful to have an option that PayPal payers simply get a notice that it will ship to their confirmed address.

Hey Claude,
This may be a bit off the topic, but why do you only ship to confirmed addresses? I've read up on this, but am still a bit confused. How can I be burned (or how have you been burned) by shipping to an unconfirmed address?
PayPal's Seller Protection policy does not protect you against unjustified chargebacks if you ship to anything but the Confirmed Address found on the payment notification. They will do NOTHING! If you don't follow PayPal's rules to the letter, they will turn their backs on you in a heart-beat. Do I sound bitter? Well, I wouldn't be if I hadn't had a buyer with the item he bought (and had me ship to an unconfirmed address) AND a refund he got by filing a chargeback.
A lot of sellers ship to unconfirmed addresses. A lot of people drive without seatbelts too. It's not a problem until there's a problem.

For that mater if taking credit cards there should be an option of only shipping to the billing address.
This is a standard feature of every major storefront system.
Of course they also have a lot options for credit cards like multiple providers (authorize.net, etc.) as well as robust shipping options like international... (hint... hint...)
I wish vendio would roll out changes and features that are needed...
