I need to change the Shipping Discount Note that appears on my View Cart page. I have looked everywhere and cannot find where to change it. I offer combined shipping now instead of a percent off and this information is now inaccurate. I found the area to change the text (Checkout Process Welcome Message) but it does not allow me to change the text that is in the Shipping Discount Note that is below the message. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi there,
You can configure how much you discount from the Global preferences page under the "my account" section. If that isn't where you are talking about, you probably mean the winning bidder notifications etc.. those can be found under post sale management link.

Neither of the options you mentioned are what I am talking about. On the page that my customer sees.....Vendio Checkout, Checkout/View Cart...there is a portion of text that I obviously put in a while back but I can't find where it is now. It is after the Hello blah blah blah......take a few minutes....etc.....and then it has my name....under that and above the Order Review there is some text that says Shipping Discount Note:.....I can't find where I can eliminate that......
That is an automatically inserted note and unfortunately, cannot be changed. It reflects discounts offered by sellers to buyers and should accurately show what you have set up in your Global Preferences. In order to remove it, you would need to undo the discounts option.

But it is inaccurate. I offer 50% discount shipping on some store items but for the rest of my auction items and most of my store items, I use calculated shipping, which was figuring the total postage wrong (I put a post up on this as well) and so in order to get accurate shipping costs, I had to switch to the combine the items by weight option so now the 50% off doesn't apply and my customers are confused....what am I supposed to do? This is not all working properly together.

Add on....
When you use the shipping calculator it will not take off a 50% discount. I was told I could only combine the items by weight to get it to calculate...otherwise it wasn't giving ANY discount and even charging 2 handling fees......
