I am truly going over the edge with this checkout system. It seems to billing people two times. sending out reminders to those who actually used and closed their bids already.
The bugs in the new version can not be as bad as the problems in the current one.
I like Vendio service but this has slowed down my sales considerable because I have to manually process the pay-pal payments or send out e-mails to calm down the people that think their money is now lost because they are getting these e-mails asking them for their money again.
I am planning to list a huge amount of items , and in fact I have wanted to for a couple of days now, but i do not want the diaster of the last two week again.
Should i use an other listing service till this checkout works??

Hi there,
Sorry for the troubles. We are scheduled to launch the checkout really soon. I don't know the specific date, but it should be soon. As for if you should be using another listing service, I really can't make that decision for you. Please bear with us. Should be less then two weeks until the checkout changes are made. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
We will work with you to resolve your current checkout problems until the new checkout is ready. If you have customers who are getting reminders after they have paid, it is likely that you haven't marked off the 'paid' steps in post sale. You have auto reminders set to go out for payments not being received so if step 3 for those items hasn't been marked off in Vendio, that customer will get an auto notification.
Do you have any examples you can provide us with? If you let us know what reminders are being sent out with each example, we can take a look and tell you why it is being sent out.
