I keep getting an add for your other services. I cannot open Post sale items.....WHAT GIVES????

Hello,

I just checked your post sale and I'm not having any problems opening it up -- the post sale page, or the actual items via post sale keys. Where are you on the site, and what are you clicking on? Have you tried to clear your cache and cookies yet?
