I listed 12 auctions tonight all Reed & barton items no showing the gallery pic, all my other itmes are showing the correct gallery image, but none of these items. None of the gallery pictures in these R&B auction are showing on ebay I get only a generic image not the real picture, WHAT GIVES?
If you selected the correct Gallery image while creating your auction, the image should appear in the Gallery as soon as eBay updates their system. Note that there may be a delay in this process, and that it may take several hours to complete. Please allow 24 hours, and if the Gallery image is still not posted, we recommend that you contact eBay directly about this.
