I'm not sure what is happening tonight, but I can't get any of my auctions to process. I have over 300 in my pending auctions, and the ones that I submitted have been sitting for a long time without moving. There is only a little over an hour until 10 cent listing day is over and I'm not sure what to do. I don't want to pay full price or miss out on 10 cent listing day. Can someone from Vendio please look into this?

they are avoiding us
everyone is stuck
i finally unscheduled them and told vendio i want to be refunded the past 3 months of fees
They are so disorganized
I am trying to teach myself how to use another program right now.
what are we paying for?
to be experimented with?

My auctions finally launched and still made it before midnight....however, the gallery pictures are not working. I'm hoping by tomorrow they will be. I'm paying for a gallery picture that isn't there. I hope the gal with the 300 auctions got her's launched okay. That's pretty tough.
I just tried a new auction management program and found out it was worse than Vendio. Vendio was great compared to what I came from.

I won't give the company a bad name just because I didn't like it. Actually this is the first time I have really had a problem with Vendio like this, and I've been with them for several years.

From what I understand, this probably was not Vendio's fault. eBay only allows so many auctions to come in and they got bombarded so everyone had to "wait in line" before being added in the auctions. There are many 3rd party auctions coming into eBay so I would imagine the 10 cent day created this big slow-up. This was just explained to me by someone else outside of Vendio.

thanks
i am calming down now
getting other opinions
I guess vendio has just lost credibility with me
having other serious problems with them this week
last night just blew the lid off of an erupting volcano of a week of frustration with them.
I just feel like i have no mental space to comprehend anything right (less write anything) now after doing over 100 bookreports yesterday
I am still shell shocked
thanks again

There are a lot of other programs out there, and I do believe I have tried them all. I always come crawling back to Vendio. I keep Inkfrog and Spare Dollar close by for any quick things, but they do their part in goofing up things, too. Any time there is a 10 cent day or free day, you will run into problems. A friend of mine who is a big powerseller on Vendio says she launches everything one at a time and that way she doesn't run into problems. For the money, I think the best bet is Vendio if you can get yourself on the right payment plan. I HAVE TO HAVE their gallery - can't do without that one. Really has made sales a lot better. Pat
