Hi,
I have decided to have the Vendio Check-out button on my listings now instead of just relying on the WBN to be sent. My question is: On the first page that buyers are taken too(verify email address), where can I go to customize what my buyers will see? I have seen some sellers do this...one example was where the seller put a small store logo and custom text on this page.
Thanks!

Hi gottaluve,

You can edit this message and all the other post-sale messages in MyAccount->Post Sale Management Preferences (https://secure.vendio.com/my/acct/psm.html)

This particular message is called Checkout Process Welcome Message, and it is about 1/2 way down the page.

Vendio Store owners I believe have a bit more customization available to them in checkout, but I'll need to check with someone to confirm.

Take care.

Hi Gottaluve,

I am confirming that Vendio Store customers have the option of using a store logo on their checkouts. Unfortunately since you are not currently subscribed to it, you will not be able to put a logo onto the checkout page (the logo used is what you upload to your Vendio store).

Regards,

Sonya

Okay - thanks for the info.
I am having trouble getting the Vendio check-out button to appear. When I view my pending auctions it is not there and it is also not present in the few ebay store listings I did today after I changed my preferences. I have selected under Post Sale Management
"Include the Vendio Checkout button and my Preferred Checkout Instructions in my auction listings by default."
as well as
"Display the yellow Preferred Checkout panel after my eBay auctions close"
I know the yellow one will not appear until after the item closes, but there should be that first selection present in active listings, right? I know I have seen this on many listings at Ebay. Please help. Thanks again!

Hi Gottaluve,

You have your default for this option set up properly. Within the listings themselves is an option to enable this -- if you create them before enabling the option, you'll need to go through and check off the option to include the checkout button in your listings. You can do this under Checkout and Post Sale Management, which is located toward the bottom of your create auction page. If you have any problems doing this please let me know.

Regards,

Sonya
