This must have to do with the new CHECK OUT, three claims this morning of not being able to check out... what's happening!?

I replied in a separate email with the auction numbers. Here are the numbers again, they all just seem to say they have trouble checking out.
"hi. i am trying to pay you but the checkout is not working. please send a paypal invoice and i will pay you promptly. thanks." ITEM NUMBER 7322015580
"I am the winner of the Vintage beaded purse and I was trying to checkout but it would not let me. Please contact me as soon as possible so I know what I need to do next. Thank You and Please have a Blessed afternoon!!" ITEM NUMBER 8304967825
"I am having lots of trouble getting into this sight. Please Email me you
address and I will send you a check or let me pay you through PatPal. This is for ebay item # 7320419557, a green depression glass pitcher"

One of my customers got a fatal error also, but then she tried again and it went through.

One of the items that I sold tonight, the customer tried to click on the "checkout thru Vendio" link.
She got this message:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /var/www/lib/php/v2/preferences.inc on line 88"
So, I asked her if she was in eBay clicking through or my Vendio checkout.
Answer: It was in Vendio checkout. I payed by following the link at the bottom of your email. Everything sent from Ebay to "checkout" through them didn't work.
Do I need to set something up differently? This problem is recent since the Vendio shipping *updates*.

How about one more!?
This is becoming extremely annoying, and it's upsetting our customers, how about a reply as a courtesy to begin with. At least let us know what is happening.

charlotts -- did they say that it was the fatal error issue, or something else?

My item # is 5557571678
This is the only one that I've had today. But, she *may* have been the only one to actually use the Vendio checkout button from within eBay.

The last one I mention was told it was a fatal error. I don't know of the others. Whenever I use " " at the beginning or ending of a paragraph shows I am quoting buyers exact words.

Im having exact same problem. Here is one of the item numbers 5390159271
At this point I have had it with vendio. And will move to marketworks this weekend. I need a reliable auction management company. And they seem to be a little more but more reliable. Besides this and many other MAJOR problems this year. I am over things not showing paid when paid. I am over having to do the legwork and pay vendiop $500 a month. I know I have to be one of there bigger seller and lets just say this

I too have had the same problem. Customers are getting upset. Plus items that have been paid are not showing up as paid !!

I had left my post sale auctions untouched so you could see them in their "conflicted" state. I need to update them now manually before it gets out of hand.... even further. You really need to fix this NOW. I have several customers unhappy as it is, it will not help with all those customers that complain on a daily basis about using Vendio.
How could you launch something without beta testing it before????

Hello,
This issue has now been fixed, and it should not happen with new checkouts.
As for buyers who have encountered the error, we would recommend you to ask them to checkout again through the link in the listing.

Hi there:
I've had 2 customers this week who can't check out...
ebay item number 5391134706 which was an auction where customer has still not paid. I sent her an ebay invoice finally...
and
4383094571 which was a BIN: customer says: " was the high bidder on your duncan phyfe dining table... I tried to pay via
vendio, but they appear to be having technical difficulties".
Are other folks having problems???
