Well I have spent alot of time with the new shipping system and I DON'T LIKE IT. I am having the same problem's many other users are having that are listed in other threads. The new International shipping system is basically useless to me until they incorporate calculated shipping. I have come to the conclussion that the way I previously did international shipments is the only way I can make it work.
Vendio!!!!! This is directed to Vendio!!!!!
I have a suggestion about combined shipping. I got off the phone a little while ago with one of your tech rep's and gave him this suggestion and I want to list it here so everyone else can add their input. This is a little hard to describe but I will try my best, I finally got my idea through to the tech rep. The combined shipping system you have really does not work for me. I can figure out what to charge for combined shipping until I know what it is being combined with. I sell alot of postage stamps. Stamps don't weigh much, maybe less than 1/10 of a ounce. If someone wins 10 auctions that are each a single postage stamp, the combined shipping weight will be more or less the same as shipping just one of them. Is there some way you could incorporate a combined shipping system that went off of weight instead of a percentage or a set fee??? Not the weight that is input in the system now as this includes the packaging, just the actual weight of the item itself. This way I could set the "when combined" with another item weight at something like .1 ounce. Maybe the system could go with the heaviest item for the base shipping rate and then add the actual weight of the additional items instead of the way it is now which add's the total of all of the item's shipped individually.
Next, someone please put a fire cracker under Vendio and DHL's butt's. I love DHL shipping services as I have found them to be MUCH cheaper than UPS or FedEx. Their ground service is alway's cheaper than UPS and the nice thing about DHL is you can use their free shipping box's for ground service. Something you can not do with DHL or FedEx. Please, Please, Please get a calculated shipping calculator for DHL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look at it this way. The more money you save a bidder/customer on shipping charges the more the item sell's for, hence, I make more money, Ebay makes more money, Paypal makes more money, and if you subscribe to the plan I have here on Vendio, Vendio makes more money. Let's try to jump start this as it is in the best interest of everyone (well not UPS or FedEx). If you do not have a DHL account, I would highly suggest checking them out. Nicest group of people I have ever delt with. They must have some real happy customer service people because anytime I call them they are the most pleasent people you will ever deal with. Best of all, if you ship alot, your shipping rates go down. The more you ship the less you pay. Wow, what a idea. A company that is actually customer based.
Well hope I didn't ramble on to much. Please fell free to add any suggestions and if you agree be sure to email vendio and let them know. If you don't they won't know that you like the idea and will never upgrade.
We are working to incorporate calculated options for international shipping, including DHL, but in the meantime there should be at least more flexibility for you now with international shipping options.
The combined shipping idea is good, and I will pass it along. From your feedback and other customers I spoke with today, I can see that adding some conditional settings like weight or timeframe to combined orders would be helpful.
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback - we do appreciate it.

Dear Diana,
Thanks for the reply and I hope you guy's take into consideration the suggestion on combined shipping using weight.
As to the new international system. My forehead is starting to cool off now. I was steamed earlier, still a little but not as bad It just seem's that it was easier before. The international shipping the way it is now is actually MUCH more complicated to use and easier to screw up when listing. Once the calculated international shipping comes it will be great. But until then I will just do like I have alway's done. Wait until auctions end, see if the buyers international and speed to beat the buyer trying to check out to the punch so I can edit the shipping charges to reflect shipping to them using the country provided in the ebay checkout. It's a pain in the neck, but the only way I have found of making it work. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, after you get the glitch's fixed in the new system work on the international shipping calculator next.
