I have 3 GTC eBay store items that are sitting in my closed Vendio items. Here's one of them: 5945014193 Can you tell me why they are there? I didn't cancel them, and they weren't purchased. Any ideas?
We refreshed the page a few times and they moved back up into active. Every 30 days eBay refreshes them for another 30 days and if you catch them at the right time, you will see them show up in closed for a bit. They would move back to active on their own, but you can speed the process up by simply selecting them and clicking to refresh.

Christopher - this frequently happens to me - my Vendio list of unsold items is filled with GTC store items that are still active on ebay. I have no idea whether they also show as active listings on vendio - I use MY EBAY instead of Sales Manager to track my active auctions because of the ability to sort different sales format and items with bids etc. Take a look at all of the 5/10 ebay store items in my Post Sale->Unsold Items. I think this is when ebay had a glitch and the GTC stayed as unsold for 24+hours before recycling. I know every once in awhile I will sell a store item and will not have it available in Post Sale in Vendio. I use Vendio to launch all of my listings and this should not happen but it does. Could those items be the "dead" GTC's in my Post Sale unsolds? If so, can you do anything about all of those 5/10 unsold but active GTC ebay store listings? In fact, I always list store items as GTC (unless I miss the fact that YOU have the default set at 30 days and I have to manually change EVERY fricking one) and I never end them, so ALL of the ebay store items appearing in my unsold list for 2005 (and there are hundreds and hundreds) are ACTIVE ebay store listings!! Are they also appearing as active in Vendio??
HMMM - I just did some checking. Item # 2230905520 is showing as "unsold" on 11/3/04, but it recently sold - there is no Post Sale Data Available in Vendio on it. You are missing out on FVF'S!!!! and I am not able to use Post-sale on a lot of my items!

Hello Neglus,
Those are strange items in the unsold section as they do not appear in your 'closed' section directly, only this unsold page.
It may be the result of the 'dead' items as you mention, I cannot tell, but we did pass it along to the engineering team to take a look when they get a chance.
As for item 2230905520, when did this item close? Its in your account, its just a question of where. If you can locate it in the active list or closed, place a check beside it and click to refresh it and that should pull up the post sale keys for the latest occurance of this item.
You also mention listing all of your items directly from Vendio but the number of items shown in Vendio as active Vs what you have at eBay is way off, with eBay showing a number more listings than what Vendio sees. Have you noticed if the items in your unsold from the eBay store are the ones missing from your active list?

As for the default setting for eBay store listings, if you go to My Account - eBay Site Specifics you can change the default for your eBay store listings to GTC.
