I tried to post the information on a customer that sent me a check. It tells me there is a shipping error and will not post his address or anything. It is item #4548754025. Let me know what to do.

I cannot post any payments.

Hello,

When I checked this item 4548754025, it showed that you had already marked the item as paid.

Were you able to go back since and mark it paid without the error message?

I just tried again, and it says "calculated shipping error try again later" and will not save the customer's name and address.

I said the same thing this morning, and this was not the only one.
