AOL users are not getting the WBN's. I have put in my terms to check your spam or junk mail folders for the Winning Bidders Notification. Can VENDIO do something about this?
While there is nothing we can do to force AOL users to watch for the emails being sent to them ending up in spam or junk folders, there are a few options you have.
First, if you dont already, check the box to include a link to your Vendio checkout in your ads when creating them. Additionally, you could setup your account to redirect eBay checkout traffic into Vendio via the My Account page under the Post Sale Management link found within.
