I have tried to get a new listing to go through three times. Each time I hit eBay preview, the auction comes back invalid fields and the description square is blank - everything in the description missing. What is the problem - I have had about enough of these useless improvements - wish we could just have reliable service!!!!! Please help.
If your HTLM editor is not functioning in the AOL browser, please try hard-refreshing the page by pressing CTRL + F5 on your keyboard or pressing the CTRL button + the Refresh button on your browser. You may need to do this more than once. If this does not resolve the problem, you should be able to work around it by using Internet Explorer or Netscape with your AOL connection. Please let us know if this problem persists, as we believe it is a transient AOL issue at this point.
