were did the checkbox go to handle dutch auctions without regard to quantity as one item?

The "Calculate Dutch wins as 1 item" preference has been removed and is no longer available for selection on new or existing items. To mirror the same preference, you can enter $0.00 in the "Cost when combined" field to make shipping free on multiple purchases within a Dutch auction or multiple quantity fixed price listing.
You can also set a global "Cost when combined" Discount on the Global Preferences page in the "Other Shipping Settings" section. Actual discounts will then be computed automatically, but you can override them by editing specific items and entering a value in "Cost when combined" field.
Please note that the "Cost when combined" amount has been extended to apply also to orders in which multiple different items are bought. The most expensive item to ship will be charged the full shipping amount, while all the other items will be charged the "Cost when combined" amount.
