Where are you seeing sales tax being applied to this item? I checked the original details and the checkout page, but it seems to indicate that no sales tax was applied.

Hi Davebraun,
Thanks for the item number, I am going to check into this as we did make a change allowing for legacy items to retain the same checkout settings as before the new checkout got released (so in those items, international carriers were still available through domestic shipping section).
Did you happen to list this item through Sales Manager Pro or do you do everything online?

Hi Davebraun,
We checked and confirmed that the listings came from Pro. Pro does not yet support the new option for splitting international shipping from domestic so when you list from Pro, international buyers will see all options -- just like before. This will change when the new version of Pro goes out (which I assume sometime this summer but I'm not sure when).
