Arrghh. I just had to go in and revise all my auctions. The first purchase shipping was (for instance..differs for the auctions) $1.00, each additional was .35. I clicked on the combine, I filled in the form, clicked off the type of shipping..and still it shows each purchase $1. I also have all the places I will ship and my tax in global and eBay, yet I have to keep fixing them too. Vendio is begining to be too much work, and I don't want to list any more auctions, if I have to keep revising (which means I'll have to fix again, when I re-list..more work). What's up with this. Geesh, I might as well use eBay direct for all this work.

Hello,

I checked your account and it does not appear that you are using Vendio Post Sale. You have a bunch of items in post sale with step 9 marked off but nothing ended in the past 3 weeks there. If I am mistaken, I apologize -- please send some item numbers so we can review.

Regards,

Sonya

I have no idea what you just said.
I put up auctions..and I offer a discount on the second item they buy..it's a Dutch auction. However, even though I mark it to ship for $1.00 for the first one and .35 for each additional, it comes up with $1.00/$1.00. I had to go into all of my auctions that are Dutch (see the checkbooks, or kisses) and change the shipping. Now they are correct, but when they come off and I put them up again, since I fixed them through eBay, I'd have to fix them again...if I put them up through Vendio again. Right now, it's looking like too much work.

Hello,

Thanks for the clarification -- I see what you mean now. I have forwarded this to engineering for a second opinion.

Hello,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The issue has now been fixed, and new listings will show the proper Additional Item cost at eBay.
