Frankly I wish I had never signed up with vendio. Whenever asked I do not recommend this service.
Enough venting and to the point, Dutch Auctions are not downloading the winner information. My auctions started closing at around 1 PM. I have a number of them stuck.
If I wish to piss of my customers I can do it myself I don't need vendio to create bad feelings with my customer base. I rely on repeat business for my livelihood.
Recently I have had to waste hours and hours fixing problems caused by your lack of testing your upgrades prior to their release. I expect to be compensated for this.

Amen brother
I had a dutch auction close and the customer won 7 of the same item, now he's stuck in limbo. He has emailed me multiple times that he can not check out and there's nothing I can do about it but appologize for vendio's INCOMPETENCE!!!!!!!!!!!! My loss of over a thousand dollars of sales due to vendio's lack of adequate testing of their new USELESS system is really starting to get old. I'm tired of getting the same reply "we are sorry". Well "we are sorry" is past getting old. Either fix this new junk, useless, worthless, time consuming, customer pissing off of a trash system or I'm gone. Just when I think they have everything fixed, I find out IT'S NOT, day after day, after day, after day. I understand that there will be problems with a new system, but this has just gone to far. Believe it or not there was a time when I actually enjoyed selling on ebay and using vendio to make my life easier. Well ebay has turned into a giant pain in my ass as vendio has completly ruined their system with all these problems. I am to the point that I think it would almost be faster and easier to list items one at a time using ebay's slow system, AT LEAST THEIR SYSTEM STILL WORKS and when ebay has a problem they have it fixed in no time, and when's the last time you saw ANY program that had this many problems. You mentioned refund, I think we deserve more than a refund, we deserve to be put on vendio's payroll as employee's for doing their testing for them, as it apears they did very little of it themselves.
Thank you vendio for giving me another pissed off customer that will never buy from me again. And do me a favor, dont say "we are sorry" again, you would only be insulting me with your incompetence AGAIN.
Next week we will begin transition to the new eBay API which will be faster. It will eliminate the problems you and your buyers have been experiencing with dutch auctions.
If you still have items that are stuck, please let us know the item numbers so we can trigger them to move for you. You can also do this by finding your items in active, selecting them, and clicking the Refresh button from within your Vendio account.
We are confident you will be happy with the faster API.
