There may be others, but I'm in a hurry, so here's one auction where the buyer left me feedback on May 31, and I have it set to automatically return feedback 3 days later. As of June 7, it has not been done. I'm leaving it alone, so you can see what might be wrong. Item number is: 7156968803 This service is no good unless it is 100% effective.
I looked up item 7156968803 and you only have step 1 marked off. You have your automatic feedback set to leave feedback after positive feedback has been left for you and your post sale does not reflect that feedback was left for you for that item.
Did you import this? Please provide the other examples as well.

This was a regular auction. I didn't have to import it. You can look and see the buyer left feedback for me on May 31st. So that's two things wrong. It's not detecting the feedback left for me and therefore not returning it. If it's happening more often, I have no idea, and I don't have the time to check every auction that is not marked off. I just have to check when people start requesting their feedback. Please try to figure out why this one didn't work.

Ok, had another one. I only know when someone emails me about it. Item 6173440342 - feedback from them was left on May 6th - no feedback return from me as of June 12th. This issue needs to be addressed NOW!
This auction ended April 30th. The feedback feature wasn't available or turned on by that date, thefore the auction is ineligible for feedback. The feedback option has to be ON at the time of the auction's close, or the feedback will not post automatically. The item you mentioned here, definitely falls under that category. You will need to post feedback yourself for that item or any others closed before the automatic feedback option is available.

Sorry, but that is incorrect. I turned on my feedback return on April 4th LONG before this auction ended. Look again at the issue, please. Also, as I learned early on, the automatic feedback has to be set before the item is even launched - NOT before it closes. Unless something changed, that's how it is. I had to learn this the hard way, when I thought everything was being returned when it wasn't. So I had to go back and do everything that launched before April 4th. I did have some returned, for some odd reason, but it was totally inconsistant.

I'm sorry for the misinformation. I got my dates messed up. I thought it wasn't released until April 30, when in reality it was released March 29th or 30th. Wow, time flies when you're having Fun! Once again, sorry for the misinformation.
I did log into your account and oddly enough, it says in the post sale keys that feedback was sent for this items, but it also says "error" next the feedback. I will be looking for more diagnosis on this issue from the engineers and colleagues.
However, if there is anything you can tell me about this item, which might have been done differently, that would be very helpful.
No, nothing different that I can think of. I don't even think it was a copy. Didn't import it, didn't make any changes. Still haven't heard anything about my initial complaint either. I finally left the buyer feedback manually (so I didn't forget), but that one didn't recognize the feedback being left. Still would like that one researched also.
I have filed a separate bug on this issue as this is the first time I have seen this type of an error. If you could leave that item unedited for now with the 'error' intact, that would be great. Regarding the other one, I have not yet heard back but I will keep you posted as I receive more information.
Regards,
Sonya
