Hi All....

I am new to Vendio, so I am sorry if this is a repeat of an earlier question..I a just a bit concerned when looking at my Vendio active ebay listings, and then comparing the total to what actually are my active listings when logged onto ebay itself.

For example, last night I had 790 live eBay listings, yet Vendio showed it only at 760...Now, this afternoon eBay shows I have 788 live listings, and Vendio actually shows I have 10 more at 798??

Is there just a simple delay associated with Vendio or should I really be concerned? Any help will be appreciated!!

-Thanks
Scott

Hi,
Don't know about any reason for your first set of figures, but the second set...yes, there is sometimes a delay with closed listings moving out of the active file into post-sale. This will often happen with fixed price or store items. Also if you end a store listing early.

Hope this helps some.

Susan
