Since yesterday afternoon, my WBN are not going out, and I cannot send them or the Shipment Status notifications manually. Please help! Thanks!

Hi there,

What happens when you try to send the WBN manually? Can you provide an item we can use as a test item and send from here to see if it works on our end?
