We are noticing that several customers are paying "n/a: $0" on shipping charges on international shipping. Please let us know if something has changed on checkout.
This was actually reported as a bug earlier this month. It's been fixed but I'm not sure the fix has gone out yet -- I'm checking on this for you right now and will let you know once I find out.
The previous order with this problem is:
eBay # 7326626568
its a single auction where a Canadian customer checked out & paid without any shipping charge.
I subsequently billed him, & he paid the shipping charge, as you'll see.
You probably spoke/emailed with Chris earlier about this, but I've gone and escalated this thread to the bug he logged on this issue. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
