We are noticing that several customers are paying "n/a: $0" on shipping charges on international shipping. Please let us know if something has changed on checkout.

Hi Eric,

This was actually reported as a bug earlier this month. It's been fixed but I'm not sure the fix has gone out yet -- I'm checking on this for you right now and will let you know once I find out.

Hi Sonja,

I have a live one for you:
Vendio ORDER 785535478.

It is a combined order of 2 auctions, Canadian customer was able to check out and pay with FREE shipping.
Listed through Pro-

I've left it alone for now - but I have to apply the shipping costs + his payment for them, so please look quickly, and let me know when you're done.

Its the 3rd Canadian Free shipping in the last few days - please let me know how to avoid this,

Did you combine this yourself or did your customer combine it? Please let me know the other item numbers as well.

Hi Sonja,

The customer combined it.

The previous order with this problem is:
eBay # 7326626568
its a single auction where a Canadian customer checked out & paid without any shipping charge.
I subsequently billed him, & he paid the shipping charge, as you'll see.
