This is the second time that an international customer is not getting the shipping. Since he is trying to use his credit card he has to use my cart. My cart says no international shipping available. My WBN shows intl as does the ebay auction. This is the number: 6171351742

Where was this item listed -- through Pro or through Sales Manager? If it was listed through Sales Manager you have to offer international rates in the international section. You only have international rates in domestic.

This was created 2 years ago long before you came up with international shipping and we had to make up our own. I now see what I need to do on items to provide the "new" international shipping. Thank you.
