I want to know why every time i go to check my account the checkout redirect is turned off. I am not doing this so is there some problem with this thing. I want to get this fixed so I can get on with my listing needs, Please respond

Hi there,

Thanks for your post. First off, I went into your account and turned on checkout redirect. If I launch an item, will it turn itself off? Please let me test this in your account. If I can replicate this issue, it will be easy for me to file a bug. Do you know if it's everytime you list an item? Please let me know of an item I can launch if so.

After reading your e-mail i went to the section of my account that the redirect is located. As you said the re-direct was on. I then opened up the e-bay part of my account and all I did was save after LOOKING and went back to the re-direct location and it was off again. this seems to be the problem on this thing. A vicious circle.

Hello,

After a buyer checked out and failed to pay his shipping costs, I realized that he had not been re-directed, and he had used eBay's checkout, failing to fill in the proper shipping amount.

I checked BOTH of my Vendio accounts and noticed that THE CHECKOUT REDIRECT BUTTON WAS UNCHECKED IN BOTH MY VENDIO ACCOUNTS! I find this very terrifying as I have MANY auctions ending tonight and no one is going to be re-directed to my Vendio checkout if these boxes re-set again. I'm going to have some VERY angry buyers (plus a lot of wasted time), if I have to e-mail them AFTER they've paid and beg them to cough up their shipping costs.

I know we are not crazy, as this type of re-setting glitch occurred a few weeks ago when the new checkout system was launched. The "automatically resize images" box got unchecked in many accounts, and caused a mess of problems in this case too.

I need to be able to feel confident that my preferences are not going to be randomly re-set once every few weeks. Please help!
