I have been having trouble -- more lately than before, it seems -- with international customers not being able to edit the shipping charge. I sell postcards and charge $1 for U.S. deliveries and $2 for shipments elsewhere. Using SM Pro, I have the box checked to allow buyers to edit the charge, but it seems they can't. What am I doing wrong, or what is the solution to this? Thanks. Marshall
