This problem continues to cause much frustration and confusion with my international buyers and myself. Since the June changes were implemented, when my international customers receive their WBN, the international shipping option does not appear...even thought all of my preferences are correctly set. I use SMP to create my auctions. What gives...and will you PLEASE address this issue (and a fix) once and for all?!
What do you have set as your shipping and handling preferences in Pro? Since the current Pro does not contain the new shipping options and extra fields, when you list from Pro, you can set your international options as normal in the available fields and our system will be able to detect this and allow international customers to check out of items listed from Pro. The new version of Pro is slated to be released this summer but I'm not sure when. The new version will contain the new fields and international shipping separation so you will be able to use your global preferences for shipping with your auctions in Pro.

Hi Sonya. Thanks for responding. The suggestion you made I already implemented for these last round of auctions...to no avail. Interestingly, the options appear when I preview the WBN but are not available as options to the person checking out. They must be going through eBay Check-out. After I wrote you earlier this morning, I went into eBay and modified my eBay settings to allow the customer to adjust shipping. I didn't want to do this -as most of my auctions are unique and require unique shipping costs- but I thought this might help. In the meantime, please impress upon the developers the urgent upgrade in SMPRO as this is causing much frustration and confusion at a time when the new changes should be doing exactly the opposite.

Madhat: I found that if I create my ebay items in SMPro and launch them into PENDING, I can make the international shipping work.
Go in and un-schedule them. Then you will see that all have the correct intl shipping. I then launch all.
